MCBA's Executive Director search has reached the finalist stage. Join us for a final community presentation featuring one of our exceptional candidates.
After receiving over 45 applications from around the country, our Search Committee conducted a comprehensive multi-phase evaluation process. This included initial screening against established criteria, phone interviews with selected candidates, and zoom interviews with the most promising applicants. Through this thorough process, three finalists have been selected to present their vision for MCBA's future.
The last finalist will present their vision for MCBA, followed by community Q&A on Tuesday, August 19. This is your opportunity to meet potential leaders and contribute to this important decision.
