The Outlook Gallery at MCBA is a unique space in the front of the Open Book building.

It’s designed to catch the attention of pedestrians, commuters, and cyclists along Washington Avenue. The gallery is visible day and night to hundreds of people in a busy area of Downtown Minneapolis. It’s near the Stone Arch Bridge, Guthrie Theater, Mill City Museum, the University of Minnesota, Light Rail Station, and US Bank Stadium. You can also access the gallery through the Shop at MCBA, which features handmade books, prints, cards, and art supplies. The Outlook Gallery brings people together through art, inspiring creativity, curiosity, and a sense of place.
