Main Gallery

MCBA presents 5–6 exhibitions annually in our Main Gallery, located on the ground floor of the Open Book building in downtown Minneapolis.

Exhibitions feature work by artists working across the creative spectrum of book arts, celebrating both its many modern forms and rich history.

All exhibitions are free and open to the public

During an active exhibition:
Closed Sundays and Mondays
Tuesday–Saturday: 10am–5pm
Thursday: 10am–7pm
