Erin McAdams
Erin McAdams (she/her) is a printmaker and book artist based in Madison, WI, where she serves as an instructional technician in the University of Wisconsin’s Art Department. She began her professional print career at Mullowney Printing in San Francisco, specializing in large-scale etchings, relief, and photogravure. She has also taught printmaking at the Academy of Art University and remains deeply committed to art education in its many forms.
A skilled printer, Erin continually pushes the boundaries of traditional printmaking by integrating digital fabrication and emerging technologies with historic processes. Her work explores themes of memory, place thresholds, and social consciousness, examining how material, technique, and narrative can shape our understanding.
