Hear from the recipients of the 2024-2025 MCBA/Jerome Foundation Mentorship: Yasmin Yassin, Drew Arrieta, and Gabi Estrada.

MCBA is pleased to host an artist talk with our recently selected MCBA/Jerome Foundation Book Arts Mentees! With work based in photography, visual storytelling, and printmaking, the cohort began a year-long study of book arts in the fall.

The Jerome Mentorship program offers training to artists whose primary art form is *not* book arts. This group’s artwork is based in photography, visual storytelling, and printmaking and the mentees began their yearlong study of the foundational disciplines in book arts, completing workshops in bookbinding, letterpress printing, and papermaking.

Their projects will culminate to be part of a group exhibition next year.

This artist talk can be viewed virtually. Register here.

Free and open to the public
