Shop Information

Hours
The Shop at MCBA is open Tuesday–Saturday 10am-5pm and Thursday 10am-7pm.

Shipping and Returns
Orders are shipped via USPS every Friday by 12pm and will arrive within 5–8 business days after processing time. Please note that all consignment work is non-refundable and retail returns are accepted within 10 days of sale. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email theshop@mnbookarts.org.

In Store Pickup
Items are available for free in-store pickup Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–5pm. When placing your order, choose “Pickup” as your order option. Please add your name and a planned pickup day (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday) when prompted.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates obtained through our main website may be applied toward in-store purchases, as well as workshops and studio rentals. We are currently unable to apply gift certificates to online shop purchases. Please contact theshop@mnbookarts.org if you have any questions about gift certificates.

MCBA believes that access to the arts and art education should be available to all individuals. Our facilities are ADA accessible and we strive to make our programs enjoyable for all. We are happy to provide special accommodations upon request.
