In-Kind Studio Donations

Are you interested in donating materials or equipment to MCBA? Below is a list of items that we may be able to use in studios and workshops.

If you have questions or are interested in donating materials or equipment, reach out to MCBA’s Studio Coordinator and Resident Printer (mpoganski@mnbookarts.org) with a description and image of the items you’d like to donate.

MCBA does not accept walk-in donations and reserves the right to decline donations. We do not accept damaged items or equipment that is not in working order. Since MCBA is not a collecting institution, we do not accept donations of art or books. We do not have the resources to care for and make these resources accessible.

Your financial support—through memberships and donations—is the most effective way to support MCBA’s mission.

  • 100% cotton t-shirts, any color, no printing/blank

MCBA does not accept:

  • Magazines

  • Artist’s books and book models

  • Antiquarian books

  • Reference books and encyclopedias

  • Paper cutters

  • Paper fiber or scrap fabric
