Conria D’Souza (she/her) is an illustrator and printmaker based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working under the name mitopress. Her work explores the beauty of everyday rituals—food shared at the table, the act of travel, or the process of making art itself. She often works with traditional techniques such as linocut, watercolor, and letterpress, creating pieces that are both visual and tactile. Her projects span from zines and artist books to hand-printed stationery and posters, often blending narrative with function. Art in Paris, her most recent zine, documents her solo creative journey through the city with illustrated lists, plein air sketches, and culinary impressions. She also creates letterpress charts and linocut prints that highlight her love for food and storytelling. At the center of her practice is a deep appreciation for print culture and the ways books and prints connect us to one another.
