Build a garden of delicious-looking, dimensional paper vegetables.
Fresh produce may not return to Minneapolis until June, but these pop-up vegetables are coming in early spring! Join Chicago-based artist Shawn Sheehy in building and binding a handful of colorful, representational structures using a simple set of hand tools and a kit of pre-cut pieces. You’ll gain insights into paper engineering and paper sculpture while assembling the pop-ups.

Scholarships are available for individuals facing adversity as it relates to identity, income/wealth, and lack of access to arts resources. The Pay-It-Forward rate (tuition, plus 50%) supports MCBA’s efforts to make scholarships available. We leave it to you to choose the rate that is meaningful to you based on your income, wealth, and privilege status. MCBA members receive a 10% discount on tuition.
